SHIPPING POLICY

At Prime Vision FSH, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

SHIPPING WITHIN MOROCCO
Standard shipping within Morocco costs 34 MAD. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after the order has been processed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is available to eligible destinations. The standard international shipping rate is 180 MAD. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier, and customs processing.

ORDER TRACKING
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order has been shipped.

DELAYS & CUSTOMS
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. International orders may also be subject to import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country.
